One of our platforms is the Singapore Property Hub, a high-transparency data dashboard that leverages autonomous agents to synthesize public datasets into actionable market insights for homeowners, agents, and investors. By prioritizing official sources, data integrity, and clear attribution, we aim to make property markets more accessible, educational, and trustworthy.
Alongside this, we develop productivity-focused AI tools such as TurboSum, an AI research assistant that instantly summarizes text, files, URLs, and YouTube videos. TurboSum transforms hours of reading and watching into seconds of insight—helping users learn faster, think clearer, and work smarter across research, analysis, and everyday workflows.
Academic Incubation
We are proud to partner with Soochow University in Taiwan, serving as a launchpad for the next generation of AI talent. Through this collaboration, we host and nurture innovative agentic applications developed by students, bridging the gap between academic research and real-world deployment.
